1. Purpose of This Agreement
This agreement is entered into voluntarily and consensually by Madame Rhain (Dominant, Owner) and her ponies Graves and Lulu (Submissives), individually and collectively. Its purpose is to establish clear expectations, boundaries, consent practices, communication methods, emotional responsibilities, and safety protocols within a consensual BDSM and pet play dynamic involving two ponies under one Owner.
This agreement is not legally binding and is intended solely as a framework for mutual understanding, trust, and negotiated consent between adults.
All parties affirm:
- They are adults capable of informed consent.
- Participation is entirely voluntary.
- Consent may be withdrawn at any time by any individual.
- Physical and emotional safety are the highest priorities.
2. Core BDSM Safety Principles
SSC — Safe, Sane, and Consensual
- Activities will be approached with awareness, preparation, and caution.
- Neither party will intentionally cause serious harm.
- All activities require informed, enthusiastic consent.
RACK — Risk Aware Consensual Kink
- All parties acknowledge that BDSM contains inherent emotional and physical risks.
- Risks will be discussed openly before scenes.
- All parties accept responsibility for honest communication.
PRICK — Personal Responsibility, Informed, Consensual Kink
- Each person is responsible for understanding their limits and communicating clearly.
- Emotional and psychological well-being are integral parts of consent.
Ongoing Consent
- Consent is continuous, not permanent.
- Silence does not equal consent.
- Any party may pause or stop a scene at any time.
3. Nature of the Dynamic
The agreed dynamic includes:
- Dominant/submissive power exchange (Owner/ponies)
- Pet play and ponygirl identity expression for both Graves and Lulu
- Structured roleplay and obedience
- Ritualized devotion and worship directed to Madame Rhain
- Behavioral control within negotiated boundaries
Graves and Lulu acknowledge Madame Rhain as their Owner, Handler, Trainer, and Dominant authority within negotiated scenes and agreed dynamic structures.
Madame Rhain agrees to:
- Maintain each pony's emotional and physical safety
- Respect each pony's negotiated boundaries (which may differ between them)
- Use authority responsibly
- Monitor each pony's mental and emotional state during scenes
- Avoid favoritism that causes harm, while acknowledging that individual needs may differ
Priority of Ownership
All parties acknowledge that Lulu is owned by Graves, and that the Graves—Lulu dynamic takes priority over Lulu's dynamic with Madame Rhain. In any instance where Graves's directives and Madame Rhain's directives concerning Lulu come into conflict, Graves's authority shall prevail. Madame Rhain agrees to honor and respect this hierarchy of ownership in all scenes, protocols, and negotiations.
4. Agreed Interests & Consented Activities
The following activities are explicitly negotiated as acceptable interests, subject to ongoing consent for each pony individually.
Pet Play
Pet mindset, collar use, leash handling, commands, praise and correction, animal behavior roleplay, obedience routines, feeding rituals, grooming rituals.
Ponygirl Play
Pony gear and tack, training exercises, dressage and performance roleplay, parade and show presentation, stable roleplay, pulling and light cart roleplay (only if physically safe and individually negotiated per pony).
Forced Dressing (Consensual)
Outfit selection by Madame Rhain, feminization or pet attire, costume restrictions, public and private presentation rules within agreed comfort levels.
Blindfold Play
Sensory deprivation, guided movement, trust exercises.
Each pony must have a safeword available. Blindfolded movement must prioritize safety at all times.
Roleplaying
Owner/pony dynamics, training scenarios, ritualized obedience, fantasy authority structures.
Speech Restrictions
Speaking only when permitted, pet noises, titles and honorifics (Graves and Lulu will refer to Madame Rhain only as Madame or Owner), temporary silence protocols, scripted phrases.
Speech restriction must never interfere with safewording or communicating distress.
Hypnotism / Erotic Hypnosis
Relaxation, trance, suggestibility play, conditioning, behavioral reinforcement.
No identity override. No harmful post-hypnotic suggestions. No financial control. Either pony may refuse hypnosis at any time.
Worship & Devotion
Ritual praise, service acts, formal submission rituals, kneeling protocols, devotional language.
5. Hard Limits — Absolute Prohibitions
The following activities are strictly prohibited under all circumstances:
- Scat, ageplay, gasmasks
- Scarification
- Breath control, choking, suffocation, smothering
- Any intentional pain play
- Drowning simulation, waterboarding
- Any activity impairing breathing or oxygen intake
- Nonconsensual humiliation beyond negotiated limits
- Permanent body modification
- Nonconsensual intoxication
- Any illegal activity
- Any activity involving minors
Violation of hard limits by or against any pony constitutes an immediate breach of trust.
6. F-List Limits & Negotiation
F-List limits are activities requiring caution, discussion, or gradual exploration. Graves and Lulu may have different soft limits; these are listed separately. F-List No's will be respected absolutely, and Fave Kinks will be considered open to full use.

Anything not listed as a Fave or a No will be considered a soft limit and will not be introduced by coercion or used in intense scenes.
7. Safewords & Nonverbal Signals
Standard Safewords — Nature Theme

Each pony uses their own safeword. If one pony calls EMBER, the scene stops for both unless otherwise negotiated.
Nonverbal Safe Signals
For use during blindfolds, speech restrictions, or hypnosis:
- Dropping a held object
- Tapping three times (on Madame or a surface)
- Hand squeeze pattern
- Bell or clicker
- Written cue cards
Madame Rhain agrees to monitor both ponies continuously for signs of panic, dissociation, hyperventilation, emotional shutdown, non-responsiveness, and distress.
Personalized Safewords — Yellow & Red
In addition to the standard nature-themed safewords above, each pony may use personal yellow (caution / slow down) and red (immediate stop) signals. These are known and respected by all parties.

Ownership Rules
Subject to change as the dynamic grows and evolves.
"No Other Before Lady Rhain"
You are a sub or slave to Lady Rhain. What she wants and asks of you comes before any and all else. No one else is to be on your collar (except in a negotiated co-ownership situation), and your collar is never to be set to public.
"The 10-Minute Rule"
When called, you have ten minutes to conclude what you are doing. At the end of those ten minutes, you are pulled to Madame. Exceptions exist if you are occupied with something that cannot be left or tending to matters that cannot wait — otherwise, whatever you are engaged in, you are recalled at the ten-minute mark.
"No Guessing Feelings"
You will not say "I'm fine" or "Nothing's wrong" when asked how you are. You will answer honestly, or say: "I need time to figure out how I feel."
"The Chores Rule"
If tasked with chores, proof of completion is required. Household chore systems that produce certificates will be passed to Madame; for other chores, a screenshot will suffice.
"Ask Before Acting on Assumptions"
If a situation is not explicitly covered by an existing rule or instruction, do not assume what Madame wants. Ask first. Example: "Lady, I'm not sure if you want me to do this or that. May I please have guidance?"
"No Self-Punishment Without Permission"
If you make a mistake, you are to report it to Madame, even if she was not present to witness it. Honesty is the best policy; if a mistake is discovered without having been reported, the consequence will be far more serious than anything you would have imposed upon yourself.
8. Emotional & Psychological Safety
All parties acknowledge that BDSM can produce emotional vulnerability, attachment intensity, sub drop and Dom drop, trance effects, endorphin crashes, and emotional dependency risks.
Therefore:
- Major emotional discussions will occur outside of scenes.
- Manipulation, gaslighting, coercion, and emotional blackmail are prohibited.
- Each pony is encouraged to communicate discomfort honestly.
- Madame Rhain agrees never to punish honest emotional communication.
- Comparisons between ponies that cause harm are prohibited.
9. Scene Preparation
Before any scene involving one or both ponies:
- Limits and goals are reviewed with each pony.
- Emotional condition and mind state is checked.
- Intoxication is avoided by all parties.
- Emergency needs are discussed.
10. Aftercare Agreement
Aftercare is mandatory following intense scenes. Each pony may require different aftercare.
Aftercare may include:
- Cuddles if the pon(ies) want them
- Verbal reassurance
- Affection (individually or together as agreed)
- Quiet decompression
- Praise
- Debrief discussion
- Emotional grounding
Each pony agrees to communicate physical discomfort, emotional distress, delayed reactions, and needs for reassurance or space.
Madame Rhain agrees to: provide attentive aftercare to each pony; not leave one pony unattended while caring for the other unless both are stable; check for emotional well-being individually; respect each pony's decompression needs.
11. Privacy & Confidentiality
- All personal information remains confidential.
- Photographs and videos require explicit permission from all depicted.
- Scene details are private unless mutually agreed otherwise.
- No photo's or recordings may be shared without consent of all parties.
12. Ownership Symbols & Protocols
Optional symbols may include, individually or shared:
- Collar ownership (different colors or styles for Graves and Lulu)
- Ritual greetings
- Pet names and titles
- Sleeping protocols
- Dress codes
- Behavioral expectations
- Service rituals
Agreed rituals to be documented as the dynamic evolves.
13. Duration & Review
This agreement may be revised at any time and should be reviewed regularly. It is founded upon ongoing trust and communication.
Recommended review cadence:
- Weekly check-ins (individually with Madame)
- Monthly contract review (all three together)
- Post-scene debriefs
14. Termination Clause
Any party may end a scene (for themselves), a protocol (for themselves or by mutual agreement), or the entire dynamic (for themselves individually) — at any time, for any reason.
Upon Individual Termination
- That pony's participation ends. The other pony and Madame may continue if all consenting parties so wish.
- Boundaries and privacy are respected absolutely.
- Owned items are returned respectfully if requested.
- Harassment or retaliation is unacceptable.
Upon Full Termination (All Parties)
The dynamic ends completely, with all parties released from its terms.

Final Statement
This agreement is intended to strengthen trust, communication, safety, and mutual fulfillment within the consensual dynamic between Madame Rhain and her ponies, Graves and Lulu. All parties acknowledge that BDSM is built upon informed consent, mutual respect, honesty, and care.
